CPS to complete demolition of existing structures. The project shall be utilized as open space for use by the public for and on behalf of the City. The hours of operation shall be during regular school hours and additional hours if the school is open late. The school shall post a sign at the school informing the public of hours. The project may also be used by appointment by community groups and others on the weekends and when school is not open with prior written approval from the school principal
